I've been kind of addicted to black powder artillery for a while now. I first started making model cannons with a drill press. I'd chuck the brass in the drill press and file it to shape. It was really a lot of work so I soon got a small South Bend 9" lathe. After I outgrew that, I bought a 13x40 Enco lathe and now it's much easier and I can make larger scale pieces. This section will contain all my model cannons I've made.

Below are a few calculators I've made to help out when I research cannons.
